Thy Kingdom Come!

Mexico City, Spring 2026

Dear Friends,

Warm greetings as spring begins! I hope you’ve started 2026 well and attuned to the small but real blessings from the Lord. Here in Mexico, the year-end was busy, but the long Christmas holidays gave me time to reflect and plan.

As promised, an update on our farm project in northwest Mexico: Things are still very tough. Ongoing cartel violence and economic struggles hit the area hard – our project sits right in one of the worst spots. Plans for irrigation, new fields, and farmer training are mostly on hold. For now, we’re doing small-scale farming just to meet basic needs and keep things going. It’s painful to see humble families (often with little children) caught in the middle. They share their fears but also their strong trust in God. Please keep this effort – and especially the poor people there – in your prayers.

On a joyful note, the School of the Faith keeps growing in Southeast Africa! Courses have begun in several new dioceses in Tanzania, and we’ve now properly started in South Africa. People travel long distances with real sacrifice to learn more about the Faith – their excitement is inspiring.

In Nigeria, over 30 students are close to finishing their training. Soon they’ll return home as qualified catechists and teachers in places that really need solid faith formation. Thanks be to God!

We’re also still helping poor priests. Right now we support eleven with a small salary monthly, so they can focus on their ministry without constant worry. More requests keep coming (especially from young priests in remote or difficult areas), and we hope to help more soon through generous friends.

Please check out our YouTube videos (links/QR codes in the attached photo report). They’re slowly reaching new benefactors. Watch them if you can, share your thoughts, and – above all – pass them on to friends or fellow Catholics who might be interested. Every share helps!

A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who helped with the emergency aid for Father Pablo. The rectory is now rain-proof and safe after the earthquake damage – he and the people he serves have new hope. Your quick generosity made it happen.

Dear friends, your prayers, loyalty, and giving mean so much. A lot of what we do is only possible because of you, and God’s grace. You are in my prayers!

Fr. Robert

P.S. If your means allow, please consider adopting a new priest with little or no source of income. We try to send each one $200 a month.
